Belt conveyor design elements

1, work environment, status and condition
Need to consider the daily running of the time, frequency, belt service life, feeding and discharge methods.
Work environment conditions: ambient temperature, outdoor or indoor, environmental requirements, mobile or fixed, telescopic requirements.
2, the transmission line and the Belt Conveyor belt problems
To consider in detail the size of transmission line, comprising: angle, the maximum length, lifting height; straight segment, the curve segment size; connection size.
Belt: Maximum sag requirements, simulated friction coefficient, friction coefficient, the safety factor.
3, the nature of the materials and throughput
Need to consider the specific nature of the material, including: bulk density, angle of repose, material particle size, largest block of the situation, the humidity of materials, material wear resistance, adhesion and friction coefficient. Throughput, even when the material flow can be directly achieved throughput, material flow can be considered when non-uniform material flow gives basic statistics.
